You Said, We Did – October

Here at Jayne Taylor Aesthetics (Bradford), we’re very lucky to have a great team of professionals working with and supporting us to deliver what we believe are the best treatments possible. We’re equally as lucky to have a wonderful team of “Extra’s” hundreds of patients who are willing to help influence the services we offer and how we offer them. 

If you are already a patient of the clinics, you will know that we speak to you, about you, about how you’re doing, about what you want, what you expect, what you would like to see and what you would like us to change or introduce. We always listen, take your comments very seriously and rely on you to help us make decisions. To show you just how seriously we have taken your comments, we introduced “You Said, We Did” as a way of sharing what we have changed as a result of your comments and suggestions.  

In our newly reconfigured Reception (yes, that was one of your suggestions), you will find our black leather patient feedback file (it sits on the coffee table). In it, you will see page one is our most recent “You Said, We Did” update, followed by pages and pages of your wonderful feedback. If you have been kind enough to provide a Google Review (Thank you), you will find your name and your review in there (fame at last!).

This is what you said to us:

• You said you wanted increased flexibility with your appointments
• You said you love the new services on offer
• You said you love the expanded Jayne Taylor Aesthetics Team

Here’s what we did:

• We introduced an additional “late night opening”. Jayne Taylor Aesthetics now opens late evenings on both Wednesdays and Thursdays!
• We have plans to introduce yet another new treatment. Watch this space for “Lympha Touch”…coming soon!  
• We have added to the team…. again! Please welcome Emma Richardson who will be working closely with Jayne setting up and delivering specialist treatments!

A few other ways that you have previously influenced what we do are:

• The introduction of Vitamin B injections – a number of you commented that you were tired and needed a “boost”.
• The introduction of HydraFacial specialist facials – you said you wanted the best skin of your life.
• The addition of specialist, medical grade, skin care products – you wanted more options when caring for your skin.
• The introduction of Profhilo treatment – you said you wanted firmer, more plump skin.

That said, please don’t think we leave all the hard work up to you. We do our bit too! By keeping up to date with changes within the industry, by researching, speaking to other professionals, and attending specialist shows.  We spend a lot of time “doing our homework” before we even consider introducing a new service to you. Some of you will have taken part in our trials where we offer new services and then seek your honest opinion. We use those opinions to improve our service delivery.  

We believe being responsive to your wants and needs is a vital part of what we do at Jayne Taylor Aesthetics, and we want you to continue to be part of the team. We want you to continue to talk to us, to offer your opinions, to tell us what we do well and to tell us what you think we can improve and in return we promise to listen and explore your suggestions. Please keep them coming!

The other promise we can make is that things will never stand still at Jayne Taylor Aesthetics. Exciting plans are being made even as this blog is being written, and the question you should be asking yourself is whether it is your very own suggestion being worked on!
