It’s Official! We’re CQC Registered!

2023 has already been a very busy time for Jayne Taylor Aesthetics. Lots of things happened but one event in particular was very important to us, we were inspected by, our regulator, the Care Quality Commission (CQC)!

The inspection was very detailed and questions were searching. The CQC team looked at every aspect of our service and assessed us in five particular areas: Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well Led. 

The result is a 19 page report that you can download or read for yourself which can be found on the CQC website (include link). 

The fantastic news is that the CQC rated us as “Good” in every area which is the outcome coveted by every healthcare professional during their first ever inspection. 

We received some great feedback that validated all of the hard work we put into offering only the best of treatments for our patients and we would love for you to read the report if you have the time.

“Feedback from patients about the way staff treat people was positive. For example 145 online patient reviews that we examined noted the caring attitude of the staff.”

Staff understood patient’s personal, cultural, social and religious needs. They displayed an understanding and non-judgemental attitude to all patients.”

“The service had a culture of high-quality sustainable care.”

“There was a focus on continuous learning and improvement.”

We’re very proud of the work we do at Jayne Taylor Aesthetics and we are thrilled to be recognised as being deserving of such a great rating by our regulators.
